ST. CLARE and SPORTS

Pamela and Lilian write about sports** at St. Clare.

St. Clare girls warm up before a netball game

Sports is a main activity here in St. Clare. We normally get involved in sport games on Wednesday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  Helping and leading us is our game master, Mr. Joseph.

St. Clare (yellow) tosses the ball in during a soccer match.

Recently we purchased games, equipment kits, as we are preparing for ball game competition, which will start this month.  Because of this we will be well prepared and we shall excel in these competitions.

We would also like to thank our teachers for the training they have given for us.

**(Netball is similar to American basketball, but without dribbling.  There is a great deal of passing and no backboard.  Players move the ball forward with constant passing until someone takes a shot.)
