BREAD MAKING: EDUCATION + NUTRITION (a follow up)

Not only is the new dough mixer and bread oven working full time, but some of the girls are getting involved. Several girls from form 2 (sophomores) are learning the process of baking buns. They are assisting the cooks with baking but also increasing their life skills and nutrition awareness. The phones show the sequence from the mixer, to dough rolling, to arranging the dough on the trays, to the oven for the delicious, newly baked bread. The photos below show the girls learning this skill.
