STEPHANIA~ An Undate

Right after surgery

Recently we posted a story on Stephania, a student at St. Clare, who has strabismus (a crossed eye) in one eye.  This condition was affecting Stephania's ability to perform in school.  Thanks to Kate Woods, Stephania was able to undergo corrective surgery in January.  In subsequent visits to the clinic, doctors said Stephania would need another procedure as the corrected eye is pulling the other eye.  They need to put them both in sync, so they will do a little at a time to prevent overcorrection.  Stephania is doing well.  Kate's kindness has given her new life.
