Amazon continues to offer a simple and automatic way to support charitable organizations.  It is called AMAZON SMILE.  A percent of your purchase price will be donated by The AmazonSmile Foundation from any eligible purchases you make (excluding shipping, taxes, rebates).

  1. Go to smile.amazon.com. 
  2. On the right side you will see “Select a Charity.”
  3. Go to “pick your own charitable organization” and type in Friends of Kenyan Orphans.
  4. Friends of Kenyan Orphans Grosse Pointe, Mi will come up.Select it.

You will get a Thank You message and when you look at the Amazon page to the right of Amazon smile it will say “Supporting” and Friends of Kenyan Orphans’ will be listed.

As winter wans and we head into spring and summer, we often look to Amazon for some new things as gifts or for ourselves.  Joining smile.amazon provides us with new items and also helps the children in Kenya.
