Feizer, another St. Clare graduate, is doing well.  She let Sue Ozar know that she is attending Maasai Mara University, northwest of Nairobi.  She is studying social work and says that she is learning how to communicate to help people who have various needs.  Because of her leadership qualities, she was elected as her class representative in student government.  She has been working to see that the needs of her classmates are being met and that there is effective learning.  In addition, she joined the Catholic Association Union and is a member of the Red Cross on campus.

She has discovered that live on campus at the university is different from St. Clare in that she has to depend on herself to make good decisions.  St. Clare helped prepare her to be responsible and to succeed.  She says, “I am very grateful to Friends of Kenyan Orphans.”

FOKO is proud of Feizer and her achievements.
