LOVING LEISURE

The girls at St. Clare Centre have been making good use of their leisure time.  While they study hard because education is so important for women in Kenya, they also have other talents they utilize.  The teachers at St. Clare have been working hard to help the girls realize they have these talents and have been encouraging them to develop them during free time.  Some of the girls have been involved with dance while others have been playing soccer (football in Kenya) and netball and others have been involved with drama and narrating plays.  One of the students says, “I like developing my talents.”
