MARVELOUS MAMA RITA

FOKO recently assisted Mama Rita to expand her bathroom facilities at her orphanage in Mirimba.  FOKO provided the seed money and Mama Rita found a partner to complete the project. Mama Rita, a Canadian, came to Kenya in 2004 where she immediately saw a need for housing for orphan care.  Her orphanage is located in the tea area of Kenya, on the slopes of Mt. Kenya.  Recently two Kenyan Good Shepherd Sisters joined Madam Rita in the work of caring for the children.
