Pope visits Kenya — Pope Francis in Nairobi with Kenyan youth

When Pope Francis visited Nairobi, Kenya, forty two girls from St. Clare Centre and sixteen teachers were able to witness this visit. In his address to the youth, the Pope spoke openly about major issues. His message about faith, his condemnation of greed and unmatched lessons that he taught resonated with Kenyans.

The girls witnessed the Pope’s humility and simplicity as he spoke the truth and left all in attendance with his authentic message. The Pope spoke directly to all the youth there when he said, “You are the future world. You are the future hope. You are my HOPE.”
