Agnes expresses both joy and gratitude over the new uniforms the girls at St. Clare Centre for Girls received on Kenya’s Independence Day.

On June 1st, Kenyans all over the world celebrate their Independence Day (Madaraka Day). This year, at St. Clare Girls’ Centre, the girls were celebrating by wearing their new, unique and presentable uniforms. (Blue tunics for the elementary students and skirts and blouses for the secondary students.) This particular date was also filled with joy as all of us got new tracksuits for our competition games.

Surely we lack exact words to express our feelings. We can only show them by working extra had in our studies in order for us to be models in the future. God bless all our benefactors and loving friends.
