She is a digital media executive and storyteller with expertise in reaching female audiences at scale. She has led content teams at theSkimm, Refinery29, InStyle, Real Simple, Bustle, and others, and spearheaded initiatives like theSkimm’s nationally recognized #ShowUsYourLeave and #ShowUsYourChildcare campaigns calling for federal support for working parents.
She has appeared on CNBC, CBS, and ABC to discuss topics like salary negotiation, the Me Too movement, and the cost of fertility treatments. From 2016-2019 she appeared regularly on Fox News as a liberal commentator on women’s issues. She is former adjunct professor for NYU’s master’s in publishing program, a founding member of Women To The Front progressive action group, and a founding member of Chief executive women’s association, one of TIME’s Most Influential Companies of 2023.
